In Store Return Policy:


Exchange: within 7 days or credit note

Refunds are not premitted unless it is a damaged item and we are unable to get you a new one.

Please note that Head 2 Toe does not permit the return or exchange of the following items:

  • Sale items purchased at a reduced price
  • Hosiery & Socks
  • Body Shapers
  • Special Custom Orders
  • Personal Products
  • Cosmetics


Christmas Returns:

All Christmas exchanges must be made by January 30 in the new year.

Repairs:

We will guarantee our merchandise for a period of one week from date of purchase for breakage through normal wear.

We will be happy to arrange all necessary repairs after the warranty date.

We do however, guarantee all crystal stones - if you should lose a stone please come back and we will gladly replace it for you.

Catalogue and Photo Requests:

Head 2 Toe does not publish a catalogue as our products and styles change very quickly.

To keep up to date on all our trends, please sign up for our email newsletter located at the top right hand side of your screen.

Vendor Requests:

Any existing or potential suppliers should try to contact our buyers via phone or email only.

Head 2 Toe uses the information our clients give us, in order to provide you with the service you deserve. We study our clients' and visitors' use of our websites so we can improve our services and enhance your Head 2 Toe experience. When you register with Head 2 Toe's Newsletter, you give us your name and email address. If you are under the age of thirteen, please ask your parents to register you.

How Head 2 Toe Uses the Information You Provide

If you give us your name and email address, we may contact you with special information about Head 2 Toe and our products. We communicate with you by email only if we have your permission. Otherwise, we use your information only to improve our services to our clients.

Does Head 2 Toe Share Your Information With Other Entities?

Head 2 Toe does not sell or rent our client's names, addresses, email addresses or other personal information. We do not disclose your information to third parties.

Forms of Payment

Head 2 Toe accepts the following forms of payment for purchases: Visa, MasterCard, Interac or Cash - We do not currently accept checks or American Express.


Online Return Policy

Every item is carefully inspected before it is shipped to ensure customer satisfaction. The warranty for watches depends on the manufacturer. In the rare event of a problem with one of our pieces, simply ship us the item and we will inspect it to confirm if it is a manufacturer defect. If that is the case, we will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you at our cost.

If we determine the damage is not a result of our workmanship or materials, you have the following options: we can repair the item for you for a determinable fee or we can ship the item back to you at your expense. Please remember we do not accept items that have been worn or altered in any way. Some items are tagged and wrapped - so please do not remove  tags  otherwise we do not accept untagged items. You may return the merchandise within 8 days of the date of the receipt of package (determined by the tracking number of the parcel). Please follow the return instructions below.

Please note, we do not refund shipping and handling charges. We do not accept returns on earrings (for hygienic reasons), hosiery, socks, personal items (ex: Hollywood tape) and custom or special orders. Merchandise which is purchased online can be returned to us by any shipping company (with a tracking number) or we offer you the choice to return it at our retail boutique.

Changes / Canellations

We will make every effort to accomodate your request, however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy.

Damaged Goods

In the rare event you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@shophead2toe.com This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   and return the item within the 8 days. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number, order number, a brief description of the damage and whether you require an exchange, credit or refund.

In the event that your product has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and and return the merchandise to us within the 8 days of delivery. Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and order number. We will replace any damaged goods free of charge.

Lost Goods

Please contact us if you have not received your goods within 10 days of placing your order at info@shophead2toe.com This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . We will take up that matter with UPS to rectify the situation. Please note, we are not held responsible for any returns being shipped to us therefore we strongly recommend returns to be shipped with a tracking or waybill number.
 

Forms of Payment

PayPal accepts all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard and Amercan Express. If you wish not to use PayPal please call us and we will fill your order over the telephone.

Online Delivery

We aim to deliver all items within five working days of receipt, subject to stock availability. In the event that an item is back ordered, we will email you with a revised delivery date. Head 2 Toe is reputed for carrying one of kind items, so we usually only have one in stock. If there is a style that is "sold out", we may be able to special order it for you. In this case, there will be a delivery delay of 4-6 weeks.

Head 2 Toe trusts UPS to handle out shipping services. All packages will be shipped with a tracking number to assure your package will arrive safely. Head 2 Toe is not responsible for and will not issue any refunds for delays on the part of UPS. We are not responsible for any items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser. To locate your parcel, you may visit UPS at www.UPS.com or simply call us at 514-344-4936 and we will gladly track your items.
